Our Mission
The mission of Grace Christian Academy (GCA) is to glorify God through academic excellence. GCA’s intention is to assist parents who seek to provide a rigorous Christ-centered education for their children. We aim to educate students so they can bear fruit in their lives and bring Christ to the world. In order to do this, students will be encouraged to excel academically and thoroughly study the Bible to gain Godly wisdom.
Students will be encouraged to flourish academically and rise to high standards. Christians should be leaders in their fields of study and GCA wants to support parents as they set students on the right trajectory!
Our Story
Step by step, the Lord illuminated the idea for GCA and is still leading the way.
The Grace Christian Academy (GCA) Development Committee set out in July of 2016 to create a rigorous education that would offer parents an affordable and distinctly Christian education.
As only the Lord can, a dynamic educational model and a spark of the Holy Spirit came together to form GCA.
Prayers for a school that was truly affordable were answered. Hybrid schools, which allow per course options or 2-3 days of on-campus work, are a movement that is growing in the Northeast. As national associations began and the internet began filling with information, the Lord guided searches to bring this information to the attention of the GCA Development Committee. With a desire to follow His lead, the Lord guided the GCA Development Committee on how to enable parents to provide a rigorous education in a Christ-centered atmosphere.
Going above and beyond, as God does, the path allowed costs to stay low while also allowing parents more time to influence their children for Christ
September of 2017 was the beginning of an amazing journey as the first students stepped into GCA classrooms. Since then, the classes and faculty have grown. The work of the development committee was done to bring glory to God and every milestone is credited to Jesus.
