Application & Enrollment Process

  1. We have completed all scheduled tours for the 2025/2026 school year. We will only schedule additional tours if seats are still open after this round of family interviews is completed.

  2. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email admissions@graceacademyccsj.com with your name, student’s name(s) and the grade they will be in next year.

  3. The waitlist does not carry over year-to-year due to high interest. Please reach out to Admissions in the winter to inquire about 2026/2027 tours and info sessions, and to be added to the waitlist for the next school year.

Tuition

Grace Christian Academy is a ministry of CCSJ.

As a ministry, we strive to keep costs manageable.

As part of our enrollment and pursuant of our vision of partnering with families, parents are required to volunteer 10 hours per school year. There is a fee for those who cannot volunteer by April of the school year.

Parents serve the school by assisting with approved partnership tasks. Tasks include teaching, aide duties, clerical work, field trip organization, parent-teacher fellowship work, and many other activities. This helps GCA keep tuition low and build community within the school.
